Real-Time Data Entry: Logbooks must be filled out directly on the facility floor immediately following a task — never back-dated or pre-filled from memory.

The Gowning Sequence: Step-by-step, audited practice on multi-stage gowning — stepping over benches, donning sterile gloves without touching the exterior, securing hoods correctly.
